Using the record sheets

Session record sheet

Use the First Sentences session record sheet to keep an overall record of sessions and progress through the See and Learn First Sentences activities. Each time your child completes a session, use this sheet to make a note of the date, the activity you have practised and the words you used.

Activity record sheets

Each activity also has its own record sheet to help you keep a detailed record of your child's progress through the activity and to plan the next session.
