Our publications are protected by copyright. Some are licensed for free copying and distribution and others are not. Resources that may be freely distributed are clearly marked. For additional permissions or uses, please contact us.
Our goal is to maximise the reach and the impact of our publications on educational outcomes for children with Down syndrome. In order to achieve this goal we have to request payment for some of our publications to fund their development and distribution, and to fund future research.
Copyright
Our publications are protected by copyright under European, United States and international copyright laws and treaties. No part of any of our publications may be may be reproduced, stored in retrieval system, copied in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise transmitted without our written permission.
Where we permit the reproduction of certain materials, the permissions we grant are clearly indicated. If no such permissions are indicated, then no copying is permitted.
Unauthorised distribution
Unauthorised distribution of our publications violates copyright law and reduces funding for research and services supporting children with Down syndrome.
DSE organisations are not-for-profit: fees received are invested in services and scientific research benefiting children with Down syndrome. Please do not copy and share our resources illegally: doing so damages our ability to conduct future research, develop resources and provide future services.
